RE-MODIFICATION AND GENERAL FURNISHING OF THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF DIRECTOR OF ARTS AND CULTURE, FCT.
The Remodification and general furnishing of the official Residence of the Director of Arts and Culture, FCT, was one of the earliest projects undertaken by All Purpose Shelters (APS). The successful completion of this project in 1997 marked the beginning of our journey in providing top-notch interior design and renovation services.
The primary objective of this project was to re-modify and furnish the official residence of the Director of Arts and Culture, FCT, to create a comfortable and functional living space that would reflect the director’s position and taste. Our team of skilled interior designers and renovation experts worked closely with the client to understand their preferences and needs.
The re-modification phase involved structural changes and alterations to optimize the layout of the residence. Our experienced architects and engineers carefully planned and executed the modifications to ensure that they complied with building codes and regulations.
The general furnishing phase was focused on creating an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive interior design that would complement the director’s role and lifestyle. Our interior designers selected and sourced high-quality furniture, fittings, and decor to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the residence.
Throughout the project, APSL maintained a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that the final result met the client’s expectations and exceeded industry standards.
